Just finished my first attempt at a stove, came in at 4 lbs dimensions are 12 x 8 x 8. Did a burn in last night and was quite surprised with the amount of wood I could stuff in it and the burn times with the coals. Theres a few things a would change for the next go around but overall pretty pleased with the way it turned out. I used just a cheap sheet metal tube for the chimney to see how it works before I order some titanium foil for the lightweight version.

Looks good. Do you have any detailed plans or a parts list? I built a cylinder stove last year that turned out pretty well. I wouldn't mind a box stove like this though.

I laid it out in cad to get the dimensions once the folds and breaks were done. I think I would size it down for a smaller 2-3 man tarp like the Jimmy tarps granite mountain with the vestibule or the seek outside cimarron/bt2. With the amount of wood I could get in it, would get pretty hot.
