Yikes! Anything that gets set down goes on the hood, always check for keys before closing up.

my dad thought me this when we would go bird hunting when I was 10. Any gun goes on the hood. You’ll never drive off when it’s on the hood!

Thanks for the hood tip! I set my wedding ring down on my bumper one early morning. My tailgate froze to my tonneau cover and I was trying to slide my hand under the side flap to release it so I could get my gear out. Drove off after my hunt and never found it...

I've lost a good GPS doing the same thing. Now nothing goes on the ground. Expensive lesson to learn but good to get out of the way.

Fairly certain I left my lone wolf climber leaning against the truck tire last fall and drove off.

I ripped my garage and basement apart this spring looking for it. Someone got a nice treestand out of the deal.
