Well, you said surprise, so my vote is edibles, in the morning, might have to edit that morning’s film, but it will be a surprise

Lots of dry ice if bringing ice cream bars.
Or bring ingredients and a ice cream machine- as in the type you shake. Home made ice cream is always great.
Bring a Dutch oven with briquettes and make a peach cobbler in it. (Or any other dessert

Ice cream sounds good as does the Zucchini/Banana bread. Homemade chocolate chip cookies and some good ol vanilla ice cream would be crazy good if you could get the cookies warmed up also.
