Extended front Talley mount for Remington/Howa?

I am wondering if such a mount exists from Talley? I need to pull the scope on my Howa Alpine back toward my eye just a hair, but the bell on the scope is pretty long, and the front Talley mount doesn't reach back very far from the screw holes. I've lived with it so far, because nowhere can I find an actual extended front (low) Talley mount for sale. Any thoughts? do they even exist?

They make an extended version in both their integral lightweight and steel bases for the Howa/Vanguard.

SKU:93X734 is for the extended aluminum lightweight set. SKU:25X734 is for just the extended steel bases.
