Some gun stores are qualified hazmat shippers and will mail powder/primers for you, but it's not cheap at all. You're generally better off to sign up for every wait-list out there and pray you can snag a brick from Midway or somewhere. I have some GMM 210's but the price would be outlandish between what I paid and shipping costs.
