First Compound (Bowtech Assassin)

Hi Guys, I'm a recurve shooter and going to pick up my first compound bow,
Been looking at lots and keep coming back to a Bowtech Assassin.

Seems to have reasonable speed, shortish axle with a forgiving brace height for a beginner

Anybody have any experience with said Bow?

Last compound I shot was a browning something or other in the early eighties, 3 shots with that was enough, and i've not picked one up since.

I had one that I traded out this year. I liked it, no problems and shot great for me. If I could have kept it as a backup I would have.

My buddy has one and I have shot it as well. He loves his and is quite proficient with it. I wouldn't replace my invasion with one but if I could afford bowtech I wouldn't hesitate to buy up an assasin.

It would have been my first choice last year. This year, I'd look at the Diamondback Carbon Cure.
