What are you guys doing to prevent boots from becoming frozen solid?
My last few hunts Ive had my Crispi's freeze like bricks after wetting out. Thawing them each morning above the stove is annoying and produces diminishing returns because they never fully dry and then just freeze again.
Im considering switching to a synthetic boot and being more diligent about moisture control from my feet. Seems like I cant get these to keep a solid waterproofing lately anyway (6 years old and tired). I Saw a post where a member uses boiling nalgenes each morning to thaw them which is smart but Im trying to avoid this whole thing if at all possible.
