I put this teriyaki marinade on salmon, tuna, and venison before I grill it. Fish doesn't need long (an hour or less) but venison takes a while longer (varies by the size of pieces you are working with):
Soy sauce
Fish sauce
Crushed garlic
Sesame oil
Sriracha
Brown sugar (or sweet chili sauce)

As others have said, Italian dressing works good in a pinch!

Avocado oil, lemon juice, rosemary, pepper, crushed garlic, soy sauce and chopped onions. Add salt to taste once cooked. And I also use Kraft Zesty Italian, which is very nice on beef, and chicken game.

Soy sauce
Shaoxing Wine (or cooking wine) for the acidity to break down fiber and a slight bit of taste
Garlic (or garlic powder)
pepper
Chinese 5 spice powder
Olive oil
Any herbs I can get my hands on
Sesame oil
Depending on the game and cooking style, maybe a tiny bit of corn starch to improve texture

For the tougher cuts, the recipe above and replace soy sauce with Shio Koji (can store bought via Amazon - high in amylase to break down and soften the meat).

Depending on the dish I am doing, sometimes Worcestershire sauce as well.

The last thing I tried was soy sauce, honey, and montreal steak seasoning. I used it on salmon and venison and both were fantastic.
