Nice - thanks. I actually stumbled across a local company - BearPaw WD that makes the same idea but sized to fit half of my Oware tent for around the same weight. I use a TIgoat ptarmigan bivy when I am by myself but I want to get my wife into backpacking and she is not a fan of the floorless idea.
