"Thank you so much for your order for the GPO demo binocular, the Passion HD 8x42. We do have to apologize that this item is not available at the moment because we have taken it to display at shows. However, we still want your experience with our company and our products to be a great one so we are sending a new Passion HD 8x42 at the same price you were offered for the demo unit."

Is that GPO customer service as in you bought direct from them or is that a GPO retailer customer service?
