I have similar issues (Brooks running shoes are the only ones that have a wide enough toe box for example) and Meindls work great for me.

Keen boots work for me. Very comfortable and roomy. I go thru some boots at work, put some miles on them. They seem to hold up well for the price

I also need a roomy toe box and this year bought the Crispi Summits and they worked well with my feet on two week long hunts in Montana, likely put 60-70 miles on them.

Hanwag wide boot lasts are only wider in the toe box but have the best fitting heel pocket I've found.

The banks is a more flexible rockered sole in a light weight boot, it's like wearing trail running shoes but with durable waterproof leather uppers.
