How long are your boots lasting before replacement or resole?

Well I just finished my second season on my Kennetrek ME, and it looks as if I will definetly need a re sole. I'm going to have it done locally and do Vibrams as the Kenny soles are way to slick on wet surfaces for me.

I wouldn't have expected to need a resole after only 2 seasons so I was wondering what everyone else is getting. What boots and how long?
