I've read about water resistant and water proof clothing till my head hurts. Ive read review and post after post here. I've never hunted out of the country like I am going to in October. A NF moose hunt where its apparent it is pretty wet and in the 40-50° range in the days.

I'm 5'9 155lb. I've been pretty stuck on picking up SG M7 but scared it may be to warm when hiking hard. FL just blows mind with all their stuff to point idk what is what. The kuiu chugach, katana and Yukon seems to come up alot I see.

I've Reade Jake's m7 review and it is interesting to me, but without ever really being able to get hands on I'm just kinda lost
