Idaho unit 2 archery

I'm looking at unit 2 for archery elk this year. Mainly because its in my back yard or should I seek out unit 1. which is close to me too. Any info would be great.

Hunt near there get to the dark nasty north slopes look for rubs wallows and then look for all the open meadows no wait there is no such thing...cover ground and look for old rutting activity in this neck of the woods that will often be between 2700 and 4000 feet good luckIf you hear these guys and likely will go kill them
