Running Easton Axis 5mm, do you choose the standard or deep six if I’m using the regular inserts? Also any feedback on the newer solid version?

Standard. You need to get the Easton B.A.R. ring if you want a clean taper or collars. Otherwise there will be a small difference in diameter between shaft and bh. Deep six is for 4mm shafts.
