Kifaru Frame for Whitetails

I'm gonna bring this thread back up from the depths, but if your packing in your climber are you taking your pack up the tree with you or are you stashing it somewhere on the ground?

Same here I take my Kifaru up the tree also. I put a small tree hook about seat height so it is not in the way, that way I can easily access the pack. I have done this with my tactical frame, light frame and Eastern ruck.

I'm running the 44 mag as my whitetail setup in pa. I had the mystery ranch Marshall and it was just to big and I like the kifaru frame better. It should serve its purpose perfectly with my setups of hang on treestand or saddle hunting with the ability to pack out any whitetail I kill.
