I'm a 35" waist and still have 4" of belt material left on both sides of buckles, so it would do up to 40" waist.
Ranger green pack, large belt pouch included on belt, also has lid, extra buckles and straps so I don't have to redo stuff when I go to meat hauler on frame or day mode. Auto lockers every where.
Never had blood on it
