Seems like nature is forcing me to look at buying a new knife because I need one?? i've been reading all the threads. I sharpen all my blades by hand. I even sharpen my own straight edge razor. However I've never really known which method of sharpening is "best" . My method of sharpening usually varies from blade to blade because all steels will sharpen slightly different. Worksharp did some actual testing and results are very interesting
