Moving out of state and I can't see me using this thing in the next 5 years so I'm making it available to a fellow Rokslide member in the SE Texas area.
I bought this 5 years ago and have used it every year in Colorado for my annual hunts. Honestly, it has been the best hunting purchase I've made in that time. This is the basic 10x10 flexbow canvas tent. It is in excellent condition. I know of no tears, stains, etc. and all the zippers work perfectly. Has all the poles and stakes and guy lines that come with a new one. Also has the footprint, which is a must-have to keep the tent in like-new condition.
I have it set up in my yard to dry out from my last trip but it's been raining off and on for a week. LOL I'll leave it set up if you want to come look at it. Nothing fancy. Just a great "cabin in the woods" that can be made VERY comfortable with a buddy heater on a propane bottle in less than 2 minutes.
I always set it up with a 8x6' carpet inside (great on the feet on a cold morning!) a folding table and two cots. If you want part or all of that setup, we can negotiate.
I'm clearing out a lot of things that I don't think I'll use and frankly don't want to move. Hate to part with this one but I don't think I'll use it where I'm going and I don't want to see it sit in storage for 5+ years either. Someone should be using it!

These sell new for $549 plus shipping. I'll let this one go for $250 OBO
