Transplanting game to a Reservation bypasses all the state and fed bull crap. Here in OR our ODFW transplanted Mt Goats to the Warm Spring tribal lands, with their cooperation, specifically to bypass litigation and environmental impact studies that would have hamstrung the project for years. And, as ODFW noted, Goats can't read signs and would readily move off the Res and populate the surrounding National Forest.

That's great to hear .I'm sure it was a very time consuming project to put together and actually pull off. I will feel better next time I get my cc bill in the mail with my kuiu purchase on it.
