Leica Geovid Help

I have had a set for a few years now and love them but i cant seem to load a custom profile for anything past 950 not that i would shoot game that far but be nice for banging steel. What am i doing wrong. I get great readings out to 1350

I reached out to my Leica tech rep and he replied:

"Internally programmed or App programmed) custom load data corrections have never worked past 1000 yards. I’m concerned he says his Geovid gives him great readings to 1350y. Depending on the model, it should be great out to 1800-3000 yards."
