LEM maxvac 500 issues

Has anyone experienced a decline in suction after the first 50 or so bags done? I took my first one back because it started out awesome, like zero air in the bags, but once I got to my second deer the suction was really lacking. There was wiggle room in the bags and noticeable air. This only got worse as they sat in the freezer. Same thing happened to my second one. I use LEM bags and I’m anal about storing it correctly, i do not latch/close it and I use the foam spacers it came with, as ive read improper storage can cause the foam to fail. None the less I still tried a set of replacement foam but the issue persists.

Any thoughts?
