Kifaru pullouts are great, but... I also use a couple of tyvek mailing envelopes - one with a drawstring (easy to add) and one with a couple of velcro tabs. Can't get much lighter.

I bought a bunch of Luxe Hiking Gear's UL pullouts. Super cheap compared to the other options out there. They're lightweight and have good construction. This year I switched packs and I'm using the Exo swing out stash pockets. They're a little smaller and heavier but I like how they attach to the side of the bag. I'll probably mix and match some when it comes time to pack up.

I use Outdoor Research zip sacks and Granite Gear Air Zip sacks and supplement with various stuff sacks, mostly OR. The Granite Gear Air Zip Twists with the diagonal run zipper design are my favorites but I don't think they make that model anymore.

I run the Kuiu pullouts and put different color zipper pulls on them. Red=medical, blue= water, yellow= possibles bag. The red tag is extra long for quicker identification.

I do the same, and have a couple I made myself. On those, I did color codes zippers themselves.

I made my own, silpoly material and use ykk waterproof zipper and seam seal it all. Works awesome!
