I posted this yesterday in the wrong classifieds, today I am posting it where it belongs under Optics with price drops.

Christmas sale, actually needing money for Christmas sale, Ha Ha.

3. Zeiss Conquest 2.5-8x32 $600.00 includes box, not original box (Great scope for a Ruger No.1)

All optics look in new condition. Prices include shipping in the CONUS only. I accept United States Post Office Money Orders, personal checks, or cashier checks. I will ship once funds have cleared thru the bank. These optics are cross posted on other sites so first I'll take it gets it. I wil check the various sites every evening. No trades. Pictures of Zeiss on a Ruger No.1 with Alaska quick release low 1" rings shown for reference (RIFLE NOT FO SALE). I have 2 of these scopes, one is mounted and I am selling the other. The Zeiss is a great scope for a Ruger No.1. No rubber necking or extensions needed. The Zeiss is long enough and has fixed 4" eye relief on all magnafications. Free bump for an awesome scope - I looked for one of those little Zeiss’s forever on my last model seven build and never did find it, ending up having to go a different route

I agree! To my eyes the clarity is much better than the VX-3 I just sold on another site. This sleek/slim scope is longer from the turret to the eye piece than most scopes, and has the fixed 4" eye relief across all magnifications making it ideal for a Ruger No.1. Most (not all) scopes require the use of ugly scope/ring extensions if used on a Ruger No.1
