Just finished the last workout of the 4 week kettlebell program.
Workouts take a kettlebell or two and a pull up bar. Everything is around 50 minutes and you follow along with the video.
I didn't think I would like having to watch the video throughout the workout but grew to like it.
Lots of good movements and plenty of abs.
Standing Russian Choppers may be my new favorite.
I never made the 5 min wall sit but got much closer by the end.
Would suggest going through this one.
