The alert doesn't give a clue to intent as far as I can tell.

The guy requesting this info has been fighting with his bosses at the national lab there and tried to run for sheriff from what I could see...don't really know what his motive is in this request. I found that he had been trying to get information from some animal shelter in los alamos as well. Will see what he does with this...

I’ve been trying to dig up why he wants it but haven’t came up with much.

I think the original lawsuit I read stated that he wanted to make sure the draw was being done in a fair manner. I think agree with him as my elk tag hasn’t been drawn yet, lol
