New Rem 700 in .243 twist rate? 1:8?

I know new Remingtons are a crap shoot but all the new .243 models are listed as having a 1:8" twist. I'm looking for a bolt gun with irons. A 700 BDL in .243 is a little more appealing if the barrel is 1:8.

Anyone able to confirm the twist on a newer 700 in .243?

So far the new 700's are shooting well from what I have seen on the Nosler site. Guy's have been quite happy with them. I believe they are stamping the twist on the barrel so it should be easy to ask if you're ordering them in.
