NRA Bankruptcy

After reading that article about what might happen to the NRA (and Wayne) in a bankruptcy proceeding, I started to wonder if perhaps a faction of the board was able to convince the rest of the board, and Wayne, that the BR filing was a "great idea!" - when it might end up being a way to clean house (or have others do it) through that process.

Revenue from NRA member dues declined by 34 percent in 2019.
That’s the lowest member revenue figure the NRA has posted since 2012....
