I am listening. That’s why I said I am not gonna go Bc I don’t want to drive a day and get there to find out it isn’t so. Lol. It sounded a little off when he told me. That’s why I started researching. He seems convinced that it’s legit. Even after I called the Dow and told him what they told me. So it’s up to him. And if by some weird situation it works out for him, great. But I just don’t see how I’d land owner tags aren’t transferable.
