Other than where do I go questions

I drew the Fillmore Mule Deer hunt in Utah, 10-14 OCT. I am looking for some help or information about a few things that dont fall under where do I go (if you have any of that kinda info greatly appriciated).

I am looking for stuff like are there meat lockers or processors who let you store meat if successful in the area?

How heavy is the ATV traffic outside the Paiute Trail?

Does anyone have tips for shipping or flying with meat across country?

Does the Unit allow camping outside of designated campsites?
