PhoneSkope - Universal Adapter for Otterboxed devices?

It appears that Phone Skope offers some adapters that will fit a device with an Otterbox but they are only for iPhone. That leaves a lot of phones that won't fit if using an Otterbox case - which I assume are somewhat popular in our outdoor world.

Are some of you using the universal adapter?

Are some of you just leaving the "naked" phone in the proper (not universal) adapter during your hunt?

I've had to take my last phone out of its adapter regularly for use with my DJI drone.

• Removing the rubber outer layer frequently must stretch it b/c it becomes loose.
• The clips that hold the clamshell together start to snap off.

Open to other options but "Phone Skope" seems to be the brand that's made a name for itself.

I do what you mentioned…. I have an iphone in a case (not otterbox). What I do is when I am going hunting/scouting I take my phone out of its normal everyday case and put it in the Phone Skope case (not universal, the one specifically for my phone) for that trip and leave it in there until I get back home.

Personally, I can’t use an otterbox. They are too bulky.
