What exactly does this mean???

I'm so confused by this. Does it mean that you CAN'T shoot bull elk (brow tine/ spike) during those dates if the area you are in is NOT mentioned in the far right column?

It seems like a double negative and makes me feel like I can't grasp what should be simple english!

If you're hunting the ether sex dates tag is valid in any unit the tag is good for. And for ether sex.

If you are hunting the cow only dates the tag is good for a cow only in the same units. With the added restriction of not on NF or a WMA

Of course, depending on the unit this is, the portion that states on National Forest or FWP WMA's may have been changed to allow access on NF land per FWP commission meeting a couple weeks back...LOL

Shoot what you want...the FWP really doesn't care as long as its one less elk.

Elk=knapweed to the FWP.

You can kill a cow on state BLM or private any national forest is off limits on your general tag
