I believe this is a Gen 1 Rasco Chest Holster. It fits Gen 1 through Gen 4 Glock G20/G21's (confirmed this with Razco).
I would say condition very very good, close to 'like new.' There is a slight deflection in the tabs for the backer plate but will not impact function--it's a springy plastic material anyway.
