Retumbo powder question

Hey y’all ,
I recently acquired a 8lb box retumbo of a private party and it came in a box with a retumbo label on it . Inside box it was in a plastic bag . Has anyone seen this before ?

Yes I gona call them Monday and double check but should be fine .
