Rings or one piece

Hi I have a ruger prescion in 6.5 with a 20 moa base with an arken EP-5. Should I get rings or a one piece mount. Should I get the arken ones or something else? Goal is to shoot to a mile with it

I would get rings. That gives you the most functionality to use with your 20 MOA base, but possibly more secure mounting.

Note: I'm assuming you are thinking of a one piece mount that also has rings attached to it also called a cantilever mount.

A solid set of pic rings would work just fine.
