Mid 1980's. US Army Seargeant 27E Tow Dragon Missile Maintenance.

I was your equivalent as a Marine. 1996-2000 MOS 2171 Electro-optical Ordinance Technician (Technical name), most called us TOW Techs. We trained in Aberdeen with the Army.
We worked on TOW, Dragon, the Howitzer sights, mortar sights, M1 Abrams fire controll systems, the starlight scopes, night vision goggles, MULE laser designator, ect............ They were just bringing in Javlin as I was leaving.

Dragon was pretty well phased out, but they still trained us on the things. Talk about the most complicated way possible to get a missle to fly down range. Did I say fly? I meant bounce. LOL!
