Scope for my new 300 WM

I get it, in theory. But that reticle is just too weird. Gimme a Plex (tried and true for hunting) and I’ll dial for the longer shots. No clutter. No confusion.

Leupold VX5HD

The VX6HD is basically a VX5 with a throw lever, aluminum lens caps and a zero lock windage turret that I didn’t care for.

Excellent eye relief, clear glass and most importantly bright at the edges of day light.

“Most importantly” for me is generally reserved for a scopes ability to track, rtz and hold zero under mag recoil. Seems that term gets tossed around on meaningless scope characteristics often. I guess to each their own...

All of these are outstanding optically!

i put a vortex viper pst gen 2 5-25. i have 3 of these on my rifles and i love them, at the price point i dont think they can be beaten

I have two LHT’s and am in the process of replacing everything with them. Love the reticle, glass is awesome, weight is great. Highly recommend.
