This is a new bag bought earlier this year but never left the house. I love this lightweight and waterproof pack; yes waterproof. I have many others and this one is just not getting used. PM answered. This is the lightweight SO pack without the load shelf. If you are going way back, and counting ounces, this is your pack. The bag is water resistant ,or waterproof, and will not wet-out like sil-nylon.
