Hey Folks,

Just curious for those that use an adjustable elevated rest, how do you set your first location? Are you looking down the string at arrow alignment?

I'm a bit brain fogged as I just wrote a contract to buy a house. Any tips on adjustment for hitting right left? About to try a 17" optimus 2.0 and compare it to my 19" 2.0 with some long Uukha limbs.

PFA, the boys are less than thrilled on the weather of late.

You want your strong just showing outside your string line. If you google recurve arrow alignment or something of that nature there’s plenty of good photos for reference.

/\ what he said. I set mine up so that the tip of the arrow is barely outside the string. I then tune the same way I would with the shelf and trim the arrows, and adjust point weight.

I do the same except I don’t cut arrows, I just adjust tip weights and add weighed inserts.
