That the Z3 3-10x42 or 4-12x50? If its the 50, looks like the clearance is great with the medium talleys

That’s the 42mm. I have actually switched to mediums on all my rigs as I find it has much better head/eye alignment on stock for repeatable cheek weld.

Can you get the custom turret on that scope? I got one on my swaro 3.5X18 and love it. It only goes out to about 700 yards or so but that is probably more than enough for a mountain rifle.

Can’t that I am aware of but you could on the z3 3-12 x 50

An update to my “final” configuration. I wasn’t able to squeeze out the accuracy I know the 6.5 cm is capable of so swapped my 7 mag in. On hindsight it was probably just a bad range day due to it being freezing cold but I’m pretty happy with where this landed after another day at the range. I could save another two ounces switching to Talleys but it is shooting so well I don’t want to mess with it and waste more ammo re zeroing. I settled on Federal Terminal Ascent leaving the barrel at 3000 FPS. I was able to verify drops out to 770 yards.

A tikka in a wildcat is probably one of the best bag for your bucks you can get.
