There was snow when I left there Saturday. I'm curious if might not be enough to be measureable? I didn't find the site with enough time to use before my hunt was trying to get more comfortable with it for future hunts.

You have to look at the site- it will show how it's facing (along with the elevation)- south and west facing sites will lose snow more quickly vs north/east.

Also they are unmanned, so sometimes there are errors unfortunately.

Rarely do I find a site right where I'm going, so I'll look at a half dozen sites that are close- compare the elevations, look at how they are facing, etc - usually gives me a ballpark estimate.

I just got back from hunting outside of the Ennis area on Saturday and the roads aren’t bad, I would have chains for your pick up just to be safe but I got around in my Polaris ranger everywhere I need to go just fine.
