I was super excited to go - went out this afternoon and tagged out! Kind of a let down considering I have more time this year than usual and can only harvest one bird here in MN -

Stoked about getting out, probably have to wait until sometime early next week. Should be windy and warm enough to melt the rest of the snow!

I have shot a lot of turkeys with a shotgun, but just got into bowhunting last year. Still waiting for my first archery harvest. Thinking about taking my bow out for turkeys this year. Any tips? Can I use my same setup that I have for deer and elk, or do I need to switch broadheads for turkeys?

If you truly want to kill one with your bow, leave the shotgun at home.

Trying to use the 22 pistol this spring... that is if I can even get out.

Haven't tried a bow yet, but have a couple buddies that love knocking birds down with an arrow.
