Just got done with another batch. I seem to do about one every 6 months. (these aren't mixed with game this go around however the fall batch is usually 50% venison)

I used 13lbs of ground chuck
5lbs ground bacon
3lbs high temp cheese
2 bottles steak sauce
3/4 cup dehydrated onion flakes
large dash of garlic powder (Fresh garlic too if you have it) you can never have too much!
Salt & Pepper

We sure love them in our house. The recipe works excellent with venison and elk as well!
