STX tripod recommendations

I am looking for recommendations on a tripod for my swarovski stx. I plan on running the 65mm majority of the time, but will eventually pick up the 95 for antelope/truck hunting. I need something that will be comfortable for a height range of 5'6 to 6'. I mainly hunt the dakotas which has a ton of wind, so stability in cold weather and wind is a must. Let me know what you would recommend. I am hoping there is something out there under $500. Thanks.

I've got the ATX/95 combo and picked up an Outdoorsman tripod and am happy with it.

Or a Sirui VA5 Tripod swith a Slik 834 or 733 depending on how heavy you want.

I use the Sirui VA5 in the link I provided for my BTX85 setup
