Brandon,

When you click on the insole you're looking at on their website it should tell you how much fill the sole has (I think they are min., med., and max fill). There should also be a description of what the insole would be good for like trekking, hiking, everyday casual wear, going in boots or dress shoes, etc. That being said I can tell you off the top of my head that green has a max full and is great if your boot has the room for them. Blue is medium fill, I've never tried them. Black is the minimum fill, I've tried them with boots that didn't have as much room. The fill was perfect for the boot (Lowa Z8), but my foot didn't really like the insole for some reason.
