Congratulations , looks a little warmer this year ! Looks may be deceiving though , it is central Alaska in late November.

+1 F this year. Maybe not balmy, but pretty dang good for a November hunt. One thing I've noticed is that it seems easier to find hunting partners when the weather is nice. Anybody else notice that trend?

To give full credit to those that actually deserve it, I really was hunting the "wimpy" way. There were others that were hunting the same area on skis w/ pulks and tent camping. Having a snowmachine nearby for the extraction duties really makes the whole thing massively easier. The human powered guys really earn their steaks and have my full respect.
