Got an archery tag for 481 . Yes I know it’s steep and nasty , lots of hikers . Could anyone give me any insight of where to start pounding the pavement to get into elk ? Thank you In Advance

I don’t know that area. Just start burning boot leather in different directions till you step in gooey poop, then you are there. Enjoy everything you see, stop and thank the man once in a while for the good health to be out there. You just have to keep grinding.

Dont hang in camp too much, grind.
