Vortex and TG 4

Maybe someone out there can help. Thinking about an olympus TG 4. Will I need the point and shoot adapter from vortex to attach it to my 85mm razor?

I have no experience Vortex, but I have used the TG cameras for digiscoping for a long time. The key with this camera is to get the lens on the camera and the lens on the eye piece as close as physically possible. The issue I found with most point and shoot adapters was they are made for cameras with an extendable lens.

With my Swaro ATX I was able to use a 5 dollar step ring.

Stids on point, I used the tg step ring onto a soft lens shade and put that over the eyepiece.

You can also use the digi adapter, not the point and shoot version because the tg can have step rings put into it.

I use a step ring with tines up adapter on my vortex.
