Wenatchee area small game and upland.

Moving for clinical rotations from wyoming during hunting season for 6ish months. Would love to get out after small game and birds. Whats the scene like in this neck of the woods? I’m used to high country blue grouse and desert bunnies. Hear there is good chukar country but would love to know more about other birds, bunnies, squirrels, and grouse. Is it worth picking up an annual as a non resident? Also if you are in the area would love to get out and plink.

There's a lot of opportunity within an hour +/-. Can't hunt squirrel here, but there are plenty birds and small game around. What months are you going to be in the area? Feel free to PM.
