Saturday while traveling to my son's basketball tournament, we saw a albino whitetail deer, pretty cool ehhh, snapped a few pics then on our way. About 2-3 miles down the road, what do we see again?? ANOTHER albino whitetail deer!!!

What are the odds of seeing two in one day? I have only seen one other true albino in my life (several piebalds)

Be interesting to hear other people's experiences

In close proximity it seems higher odds perhaps due to genetics in that area? If you saw them well outside a deers home range that’d seem more bizarre I think.

I saw my first this year leaving the grouse woods.

I couldn't help but whisper "great white buffalo" as i gazed upon it.

Not sure where you’re located but there are areas of Wisconsin where white deer are pretty common.

I see you're in Virginia.. In Great Falls, VA.... AKA fairfax county, there is/was a pocket of Albino's running around. Not sure if they're still there because I haven't hunted in Great Falls in about 8 years
